When you conduct searches, the Service retrieves publicly available business information from third-party sources including Google Places. This data — business names, phone numbers, email addresses, named contacts — is surfaced to you as lead results. TQLeads does not originate this data; it is compiled from public directories made available by the businesses themselves.
2.3 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Process subscription payments via Stripe
- Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices, subscription renewals)
- Respond to support requests
- Monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service

2.4 How We Share Your Information

- Google / Gemini AI: to power search queries and AI scoring. Queries are transmitted to Google's APIs and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
