5.1 Purpose
This Data Usage Policy explains the nature and origin of the business data surfaced by TQLeads, how it may be used, and the responsibilities of users who access it.
5.2 Nature of the Data
TQLeads surfaces business contact information compiled from publicly available sources, primarily Google's business directory (Google Places). Data may include:
- Business name, address, and phone number
- Business website URL
- Publicly listed email addresses
- Names of publicly listed decision-makers or contacts
- AI-generated relevance scores and summary notes
This data pertains to businesses and business contacts, not private consumers. It is sourced from information made publicly available by the businesses themselves.
5.3 Data Accuracy
TQLeads makes no warranty that the data surfaced through the Service is accurate, current, or complete. Business information changes frequently. You should independently verify contact details before relying on them for outreach. TQLeads will indicate when data is unavailable or unverified, but such disclosures are not exhaustive.
5.4 AI-Generated Scores and Summaries
The relevance scores (0-100) and one-line summaries displayed for each prospect are generated by Gemini AI based on your search criteria. These are editorial assessments generated algorithmically — they are not factual statements about any business. TQLeads is not liable for any business decisions made in reliance on AI-generated scores or summaries.
5.5 User Data Ownership
When you export a CSV file of leads using the Service, you own that exported file and its contents, subject to the following:
- Your use of the exported data is limited to lawful purposes as described in the Acceptable Use Policy
- You may not resell or redistribute exported data in bulk as a standalone data product
- TQLeads retains all rights to the underlying platform, search algorithms, AI scoring logic, and the Service itself
- TQLeads does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying third-party data sources
- Google Places data included in exports remains subject to Google's Terms of Service
5.6 Data TQLeads Retains About Your Searches
TQLeads may retain records of your search queries, saved searches, and saved lead lists in order to provide and improve the Service. This data may be used in aggregate and anonymized form for product development purposes. We do not sell your search history to third parties.
5.7 Third-Party Data Sources
By using TQLeads, you acknowledge that:
- The underlying business data originates from third-party sources, primarily Google Places and other public directories
- TQLeads is not the original data controller for this information
- Your use of this data is subject to Google's Terms of Service in addition to TQLeads' policies
- TQLeads does not guarantee continued availability of any third-party data source
5.8 Data Subject Requests
If a business contact believes their information has been inaccurately represented in TQLeads results, they may contact us at Adam@wickedrc.com to request a review. We will investigate and, where appropriate, flag or suppress the inaccurate information.
5.9 Compliance with Data Protection Laws
Users who access data on individuals located in regions with specific data protection laws — such as the GDPR in the European Economic Area or the CCPA in California — are solely responsible for ensuring their use of that data complies with those laws. TQLeads does not act as a data processor on behalf of users for GDPR purposes and does not enter into data processing agreements as part of a standard subscription.
