6.1 TQLeads Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the TQLeads platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, source code, AI scoring logic, branding, trademarks, logos, trade names (including "TQLeads"), and written content — are the exclusive property of Wicked RC LLC d/b/a TQLeads and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
6.2 License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and payment of applicable fees, TQLeads grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Reproduce or copy the platform or its underlying technology
- Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
- Use TQLeads' trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission
6.3 User-Generated Content
To the extent you submit any content to the Service (such as search descriptions or account information), you grant TQLeads a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
6.4 Third-Party Intellectual Property
The data surfaced by TQLeads originates from third-party sources including Google Places. TQLeads does not claim ownership of that underlying third-party data. Google Places data is subject to Google's Terms of Service. Users must not use TQLeads data in any way that violates Google's or any other third party's intellectual property rights.
6.5 AI-Generated Output
The relevance scores and summary descriptions generated by Gemini AI through the Service are produced on behalf of TQLeads and form part of the Service. These outputs are provided for your internal business use only. You may not reproduce or publish AI-generated TQLeads outputs as a standalone product or represent them as your own proprietary analysis in a way that competes with TQLeads.
6.6 DMCA / Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that content on TQLeads infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to Adam@wickedrc.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
6.7 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant TQLeads an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback for any purpose without any obligation to compensate you.
