3.1 Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the TQLeads platform and the lead data it provides. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP in addition to the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
3.2 Permitted Uses
You may use TQLeads to:
- Search for and identify potential business customers or partners
- Obtain publicly available contact information for lawful B2B outreach
- Save, organize, and export lead lists for use in your own sales and marketing efforts
- Conduct outreach to business prospects in compliance with all applicable laws
3.3 Prohibited Uses
You must not use TQLeads or any data obtained through the Service to:
Unlawful Outreach
- Send unsolicited commercial email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act
- Place telemarketing calls or send text messages in violation of the TCPA, including to numbers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry without proper consent
- Violate GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable data protection or anti-spam law
- Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive communications of any kind
Harmful or Abusive Conduct
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual or business
- Send bulk unsolicited messages ("spam") via any channel
- Engage in any predatory, deceptive, or manipulative sales practices
Data Misuse
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute TQLeads data in bulk as a standalone data product or feed
- Combine TQLeads data with other datasets to create consumer profiles or surveillance databases
- Use lead data for B2C (consumer) outreach where stricter consumer-protection laws apply, without an appropriate legal basis
- Store, process, or transfer lead data in violation of applicable privacy laws
Platform Abuse
- Attempt to circumvent subscription limits, paywalls, or access controls
- Scrape or harvest data from the platform using bots, automated tools, or scripts beyond normal use
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Service
- Share account credentials with individuals not authorized under your subscription
3.4 Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of TQLeads data complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws. TQLeads is a prospecting tool — it does not provide legal advice regarding your outreach campaigns. Consult a qualified attorney if you are unsure whether your intended use is lawful.
3.5 Enforcement
TQLeads reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account without refund, restrict access to data, or take any other action it deems appropriate. We may report illegal conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
