Billing & Subscription Policy

This policy explains how billing, renewals, payment failures, and cancellations work for TQLeads subscriptions. It supplements the Terms of Service and should be read alongside it.

7.1 Subscription Plan

TQLeads offers one subscription plan at $25.00 per month (USD). This plan includes full access to all features described on TQLeads.com, including AI-ranked prospect search, contact lookup, saved searches, saved lead lists, and CSV export.

7.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month (your billing anniversary). You will be charged $25.00 to your payment method on file through Stripe at the start of each new billing period, without further action required from you. By subscribing, you explicitly authorize these recurring charges.

Example: If you subscribe on June 5, you will be billed on June 5, July 5, August 5, and so on, until you cancel.

7.3 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards supported by Stripe. TQLeads does not store your full card number — all payment credentials are held by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.

7.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g. due to an expired card or insufficient funds):

  • Stripe may automatically retry the charge up to three times over several days
  • We will notify you by email to update your payment method
  • If payment is not resolved within 7 days of the initial failure, your account may be suspended
  • Access to the Service will be restored promptly upon successful payment
  • TQLeads reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts with unresolved payment failures

7.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing Adam@wickedrc.com. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • You retain full access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • Your account data (saved searches, lead lists) may be retained for up to 90 days after cancellation before deletion, in case you wish to resubscribe

7.6 Refunds

All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds are not automatically issued for unused portions of a billing period following cancellation. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case at TQLeads' sole discretion. To request a refund, email Adam@wickedrc.com with your account information and reason for the request within 14 days of the charge in question.

7.7 Price Changes

TQLeads reserves the right to change the subscription price. We will provide at least 30 days' advance written notice of any price change by email to your registered address. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7.8 Taxes

The subscription price of $25.00/month does not include applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes that may be required by your jurisdiction. Where applicable, taxes will be calculated and added to your invoice by Stripe at checkout.

7.9 Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at Adam@wickedrc.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting TQLeads may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

7.10 Resubscription

If your account has been cancelled or suspended, you may resubscribe at any time at the then-current subscription rate. Previously saved data may or may not be available depending on how long ago your account was cancelled.
